3. Informative nature of the site
In short: what you see on the web is information, not a binding offer.
The content of the site is of a general informational and commercial nature. It does not constitute a binding offer or personalized professional advice. No contractual relationship is deemed formed until both parties sign a specific proposal or contract.
4. Proper use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, ethically and in good faith. In particular, you may not:

6. Intellectual and industrial property
The trademarks, trade names, logos, visual identity, texts, designs, code and technical materials on the site are owned by Carniatto Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view them and, where applicable, print them for personal use or for your organization's internal use; their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without written authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law (for example, the right of quotation). Software published as open source is governed by the license indicated in its repository.
7. Links and third-party content
The site may link to third-party pages and services (social networks, video platforms, repositories). Carniatto Labs does not control and is not liable for their content, availability or policies; their own terms apply when you access them. If you become aware of an unlawful link or content, let us know and we will review it promptly.
8. Site availability and security
We strive to keep the site available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, modify or withdraw content or features for maintenance, technical or security reasons, without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
In short: we do our best to provide reliable information, within the limits the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, Carniatto Labs is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the site, from temporary unavailability, or from decisions taken based solely on its informative content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular liability arising from fraud or gross negligence, nor the non-waivable rights that consumer protection law grants to those holding such status.
10. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our GDPR/LGPD Compliance page, in accordance with the GDPR, the LOPDGDD and, where applicable, the Brazilian LGPD.
11. Modifications
We may modify these terms due to legal, operational or technological changes. The current version will be the one published on the site with its update date; continued use of the site after publication implies acceptance of the changes.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless you act as a consumer, in which case the courts of your domicile shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
13. Final provisions
If any clause is found null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain valid. Carniatto Labs' failure to exercise a right does not imply waiver of that right. For any questions about these terms, write to security@carniattolabs.com.
